GENERAL
IMPORTANT! Payment arrangement to be made within 7 days of the end of the auction. In any case, if payment is not received by the 10th day following the auction, eBay would be notified and eBay’s Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed, and the item will be offered for sale. In addition, non-paying bidders will be blocked from any further bids at auctions or purchases from eBay store for items offered by BPAI LLC.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If you are a winning bidder outside of the U.S., you must promptly notify us of your address and we will supply payment instructions and shipping information to you within 24 hours. At our discretion items could be shipped via FedEx International Economy or DHL. We do not ship via USPS. Alternatively in any case, buyers can arrange shipping themselves. If you require Commercial/Pro Forma Invoice in advance, please notify us of the same at the time of payment. Import & custom duties, VAT, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

If something is not listed in the description or is not shown in the picture(s), it is NOT included. Do not assume anything else! BPAI LLC uses actual pictures of the items offered in most cases. Occasionally, we will use a generic picture if the item offered is brand new in a sealed package, or we may use a picture of an identical item in all respects to the one offered in the auction. If you have questions as to the origin of photos of any item offered in an auction, please contact us before bidding.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. BPAI does not offer any warranties, either express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, regardless of the item’s listed condition. This statement could be superseded by explicitly stated specific warranty, which would appear in the main body of the item’s description. In such case, stated warranty does apply.
Please Direct Any Technical Questions first to the Manufacturer of the part, and to the manufacturer of the system or motherboard into which you are trying to install the part. The buyer is responsible for making certain (BEFORE BIDDING!) that any part/component purchased is fully functional with his/her PC system and other parts.
ITEM CONDITION
NEW – The item is brand new and comes from the original manufacturer. All of the original contents and packaging have been retained.
UNUSED – The item has never been used. Original packaging is either open or missing. Contents that were within the original packaging may be missing.
This type of item may also be listed as NOB - New Open Box.
REFURBISHED – Item has been tested, cleaned and returned to original configuration. May or may not include original packaging.
USED – The item is used. Original packaging is either open or missing. BPAI LLC has performed testing prior to listing the item. However, such testing does not imply any warranty or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, nor does it imply the item is fully functional.
AS-IS – The item offered is in unknown operating condition. No testing has been performed.
PAYMENTS
Per eBay enforced Accepted (Paperless) Payments Policy, we are only able to accept Electronic form of payment.

However, you must understand that although I am not allowed by eBay to ask you to send me Money Orders, Cashier's/Bank Checks or Bank Wire (bank-to-bank) Transfers, it should be allowable for you(the buyer) to request for me to accept such methods of payments if you(the buyer) so desire. I strongly believe that various payment options are your choice as a buyer and are integral part of a positive online shopping experience. So, if you having unexplained/unresolved difficulties using PayPal or unable to process your payment with Credit/Debit Card through PayPal - it may be possible to make an exception to accept additional/alternative methods of payments per agreement with buyer PRIOR TO BIDDING!
Do not forget though, if payment is not received or agreed upon within 7 business days, the item will be offered for sale to a next bidder or re-listed on eBay. BPAI will proceed and comply with eBay’s NON-PAYING BIDDER procedure and Unpaid Item Dispute will be initiated (see eBay Unpaid Item Policy).
SHIPPING
Each auction will specifically state which method is being used. Bidder is free to make his/her own shipping arrangements if desired. Shipping charges consist of actual shipping costs, plus packaging materials and handling. Shipping and Handling fees are not negotiable and not refundable. We do offer shipping discount on combined purchases, 33% off shipping cost for each additional item. Some items, regardless of weight, will only be shipped via freight carrier (by truck) in order to ensure safe delivery. These items will have freight company as the only shipping option listed. This is not negotiable unless bidder is handling the shipping arrangements.
SHIPPING COSTS (if specified in the auction):
We will ship in the continental United States only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) at this price. International bidders and non-continental U.S. bidders are welcome, but will be required to pay any additional shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges for bulky items will be calculated only after the end of the auction. Alternately, bidders may make their own shipping arrangements, however there is an additional $35.00 charge for palletizing bulky items. Items are generally shipped within 5 days of receipt/cleared payment, or on a pre-arranged scheduled pickup date. International shipments for non-bulky items are through FedEx International Economy or DB Schenker(BAX Global) only and at our choice!
ACTUAL COST SHIPPING:
The total amount will be calculated after the end of the auction. The successful bidder is required to contact us within 24 hours of the end of the auction with a shipping address.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
U.S. Customers - All items under 150 lb. (88kg) are shipped via UPS only. Bulky items (over 150 lbs.) will be shipped via domestic trucking company. We do not ship via USPS.
International Customers - Items under 150 lb. are shipped via FedEx International Economy or DHL at our discretion. For bulky items (over 150 lbs.) arrangements may be made to ship by air or sea. We do not ship via USPS.
Import & custom duties, VAT, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
BUYER-ARRANGED SHIPPING:
Is a possible/available option per agreement before bidding. You will not owe any shipping charges. However, you must notify us promptly of your intent to arrange your own shipping. $35 palletizing fee applicable. Please notify us of the arrangements once made. Buyer is responsible for insurance on buyer-arranged shipping if insurance is desired.
PICK UP:
Is a possible/available option per agreement before bidding. You will not owe any shipping charges. Palletizing fee of $35.00 does apply if required. NOTE: 6% Maryland Sales Tax will be added to the price unless you produce a copy of an official Resale Certificate from your destination state for our records - NO EXCEPTIONS. BPAI LLC is not responsible for any claims, losses, accidents, or the like, arising out of buyer's pick up of auction items. BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT BUYER PICKS UP ITEMS SOLELY AT BUYER'S OWN RISK.
DISCLAIMER
BPAI LLC offers no warranties, express or implied, as to the condition or functionality of goods offered for sale in its auctions, unless it is specifically stated otherwise in the main body of the auction’s description. There are no refunds or exchanges, all sales are final! No employee or agent of BPAI LLC is authorized to modify any terms or conditions of the auctions, except as set forth in writing, signed by its President, and all parties to the transaction.
BIDDER EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY CLAIMS AGAINST ANY EMPLOYEES OF BPAI LLC IN THEIR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITIES WHILE ACTING WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THEIR EMPLOYMENT.
BPAI LLC is not responsible for Buyer’s inability to operate equipment purchased at its auctions. BPAI LLC shall not be responsible for any injury, property damage, or any other damages or claims caused by said equipment, directly, indirectly, or in any manner, including but not limited to claims or damages arising from defects in the equipment or the operation thereof.
